I got to experience seeing babe and his friend melvin at an open mic yesterday. It’s run by a group of individuals who like to express themselves and show no judgement upon others from what i noticed.

I am so happy i got to experience that with him. Seeing him and melvin perform…hearing some of the tracks they’ve been working on was awesome. They dont get paid….at the end of the set they have a donation box….i didnt have any cash on me so i was unable to doante…melvin gets paid in food….its awesome Philippine food but a little money goes along way too. I cant really spend what i have left but i saw that they didnt have many mics…melvin was talking through his headphones…i know they could use some…i figured we may have one at work…and we did! Idk if i will make it for the june 2 showcase but i was able to split payment on a Mic for them. Melvin is really talented….seriously made me want to start up what ive ways wanted to build. Im so broke right now tho…i really do want my own label…something small but something that gives heart to all they do when they are on stage or in the booth. So proud of babe….he fell off for a bit since we moved out here….almost uninspired…now that he is working with melvin i can see a difference. they have so much heart for it…it was inspiring to be in a room of people who love what they do. I really hope the mic works out for them…its not much but i believe in them and i love how much babe is working toward what he loves.

It was awesome seeing him on stage…even if it was a small stage… :)

Blah….sleep. Sometime soon. Maybe.
